Celebrating Two Years of Mission Mappers: People, Process and Purpose
Somehow, two years have flown by, and here we are celebrating the second anniversary of Mission Mappers. I’m not sure where the time has gone, but one thing’s for sure: it hasn’t been spent writing blog posts. This is my first one, and it feels like the right time to start.
There’s a lot to share. The fractional life, favorite resources, tips and tricks, client case studies, the truths and values that drive me, trends shaping operations and of course the lessons learned along the way. One insight that stands out is that operations and strategy only reach their full potential when supported by engaged, capable people. People power the process, and I’ll also share ideas for building strong, collaborative teams who champion operations and bring strategy to life.
Mission Mappers was born out of a desire to bring calm, clarity and optimization to businesses and nonprofits, so they can increase their impact. That purpose guides everything I do, and I’m excited to spotlight client case studies that celebrate the impact of the teams I work with.
Whether you’re passionate about process, workflows and streamlining, curious about how mapping can help you reach your mission-critical initiatives or looking for inspiration and practical tips, this space is for you.
I’m excited to open the doors and let you peek inside. Thanks for being here.
