Big News: Expanding My Work in the Nonprofit and Business Sectors

The Armstrong McGuire tagline.

I am thrilled to share some exciting news: I have officially stepped into the role of Senior Advisor at Armstrong McGuire. Having worked with the Armstrong McGuire team as a contractor for the past two years, my increased commitment to serving as a part of their team feels like a natural progression. I have long admired their deep, holistic expertise in the nonprofit sector, and formalizing this partnership allows me to bring my operational strategy and team management skills to their incredible nonprofit clients on a deeper level.

A Sharper Focus for Mission Mappers

This transition also brings a strategic shift to how I will operate my own firm, Mission Mappers. With my new commitment to serving nonprofits exclusively through my work at Armstrong McGuire, I have decided to sharpen the focus of Mission Mappers. Moving forward, I will be concentrating solely on supporting mission-driven and purpose-led businesses in the for-profit sector.

I believe this dual-path approach is the best way to serve the both audiences. It allows me to dedicate my time at Armstrong McGuire to the unique complexities of nonprofit leadership, while continuing to help for-profit businesses build the operational systems, culture and strategy they need to scale their social impact.

I am excited to continue "calming the chaos" for mission-driven businesses, ensuring they have the foundations required for sustainable, long-term success.
